Our Services.

We offer a range of options all designed to suit your needs and goals.

  • For one-on-one sessions. We’re in the mud together. We will work through your program in person at O2 Performance and I’ll be there every step of the way to motivate and advise you through the entire workout.

  • You can team up with 2-4 people for our group sessions and go through the same program together. We stick with each other for a four-week training block. It’s a great way to be inspired and motivated by us and your friends/family while making it more affordable!

  • Are we too far away or are you just really busy? Then let us come to you through your computer screen! With Thrive Online, we sit down via Zoom to begin, then remotely develop your training program designed to your goals. With weekly check-ins, and access to our exclusive app with a full exercise tutorial library, you’ll be set to improve yourself no matter where you are!
