  • Yes, we ask that you commit for a minimum of 12 weeks. To achieve meaningful changes in body composition whether weight loss or muscle gain - a period of 12 weeks is required. This time allows for consistent training, progressive adaptation and development of healthy habits, ensuring that clients can realistically reach their goals.

    If this timeframe doesn’t align with your timeline, we can discuss this in your free consultation and make a plan accordingly.

  • We have online only options to suit everyone! Get personalised coaching from us no matter where you are in the world, just without the face to face sessions!

  • In our first session, we’ll dive into your goals, experience and any limitations or concerns you may have. I’ll assess your fitness level and movement patterns through simple exercises to understand your strengths and areas for improvement. This session helps us establish a baseline, so I can create a personalised plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to feel confident, supported and ready to start your journey!

  • Absolutely. I specialise in working with clients who have injuries or are in post-rehabilitation. I’ll coordinate with your physiotherapist if needed and tailor your training to avoid aggravating any injuries while still helping you progress. Safety is the top priority, so we’ll focus on exercises that work for your body, allowing you to build strength and stability without risking re-injury.

  • Your training plan is fully customised based on a combination of factors, including your fitness goals, lifestyle, schedule and any specific physical considerations like injuries or preferences. I use this information to build a plan that challenges you safely and effectively, prioritising gradual progress to keep you motivated and on track toward your goals!
