Yes, we ask that you commit for a minimum of 12 weeks. To achieve meaningful changes in body composition whether weight loss or muscle gain - a period of 12 weeks is required. This time allows for consistent training, progressive adaptation and development of healthy habits, ensuring that clients can realistically reach their goals.
If this timeframe doesn’t align with your timeline, we can discuss this in your free consultation and make a plan accordingly.

Sure can! You can add as many face to face sessions onto your online package as you need. This is a really great option for those wanting to go through their new training blocks in person, check in to see how you've progressed or even those visiting the Sunshine Coast.
