FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A custom program means your coach carefully curates your sessions based on what works for you and what you're wanting to achieve. Everyone is different and you may find that generic programs include exercises that might not work for you or that you just don't like doing. A program designed specifically for you ensures you have the best chance of success!

  • This option doesn't include weekly check ins and ongoing feedback. It is completely self run, however, you can contact Grace at any time if you have any questions throughout your program.

  • Unfortunately not. You will only be given a personalised calorie goal and macro targets to use as a guide throughout your program. If you're looking for more support with your nutrition, take a look at our ongoing coaching options!

  • You get 10 weeks access for an 8 week program through the app, so you get an extra two weeks to view your workouts if you need.

  • Each program begins with an free consultation where I’ll learn about your fitness history, current abilities, goals and any specific challenges you may face. Based on this information, I will create a personalised training plan that aligns with your lifestyle, schedule, and fitness level, ensuring it fits your unique needs for optimal results.

  • The program can be designed to accommodate the equipment you have access to, whether that's gym machines, free weights, resistance bands, or just bodyweight exercises. During the free consultation, we will discuss your available equipment, and I will create a program that utilises what you have while still being effective for your goals.

  • To track your progress, we will establish specific goals and benchmarks at the beginning of the program. I'll provide guidance on how to evaluate your progress effectively, ensuring you stay motivated and on course.
