WEEKLY 60 minute face-to-face sessions where we focus on mastering technique and training with intensity allowing you to build muscle & strength effectively and gain confidence in the gym. You’ll have my full support & guidance, giving you the confidence to unlock your full potential.
Combined training program tailored to all individuals goals, no matter your starting point, fitness level or training experience. We train hard and progress together.
Basic nutrition guidance to ensure you’re fuelling your workouts and recovering well.
Weekly online check ins to assess progress, identify any obstacles & receive feedback for ongoing progression. This gives you the accountability you want & need, to ensure you are showing up & acting as the person you want to become.

Yes, we ask that you commit for a minimum of 12 weeks. To achieve meaningful changes in body composition whether weight loss or muscle gain - a period of 12 weeks is required. This time allows for consistent training, progressive adaptation and development of healthy habits, ensuring that clients can realistically reach their goals.
